Edwin Cutler Allen, son of Asa Keyes and Lucy (Cutler) Allen, and brother of Dr. Joseph C., who married Lucy T. Champion (304), born 21 November 1820, in Rochester, N.Y. Mr. Allen Resides in Ottawa, Ill., where he is President of the National City Bank, originally the City Bank of Eames, Allen and Company, organized in 1856.
