Notes |
- William Bacon, with whom he had lived, was of English ancestry; his wife Rebecca was a sister of Humphrey Potter and daughter of Thomas Potter, once mayor of Coventry, county Warwick, England. Humphrey Potter was killed in the massacre in Ireland and left one daughter Ann, who was taken to Coventry and thence to Salem, Massachusetts, where she married Anthony Needham.
