      SOUTHBRIDGE/WORCESTER Donald C. Vibber died quietly on July 1 in Stafford Springs, CT. He was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on October 13, 1913 the son of Howard and Mary (Lane) Vibber.

      He graduated from South High in Worcester in 1930, and attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he received a degree in mechanical engineering in 1934. He did further course work at Northwestern University and Worcester Junior College. He was employed for many years in Worcester as an engineer at (Worcester Telegram & Gazette (MA)
