    • "Joseph, Jr., b. Washington, July 17, 1784; m. Hanna Mills of Claremont, Dec. 28 1815; she d. July 29, 1839 and he was again married to Mary Wood, dau. of Ebenezer Wood of W., Oct. 18, 1840. He was through life a resident of W., and a successful farmer. He was for many years a deacon in the Baptist church in East Washington. He died Jan. 12, 1869; his wife died Sept. 4, 1866."
